Job Description:

Available Immediately  

The primary responsibility of a CKS E-Commerce sales associate is to provide excellent customer service to our customers and to convert shoppers into buyers on the phone and online.  This involves answering questions customer’s have in relation to the products we sell and assisting them in choosing the best products to suit their needs.  Interaction with customers typically takes place on the phone, email, or on Live Chat.  Sales Associates must excel in a fast paced multi-tasking environment. Being an experienced paddler is not required, but preferred.

Job Details:

• Seasonal Schedule (potential layout)
• May 1st through August 31st, (4 x 10 hour shifts). 
• Sept 1st through April 30th, (5 x 8 hour shifts).
• Full Time Year Round potential after successful evaluation. 

Responsibilities:

• Customer communication (phone, email, face-to-face).
• Dealing with warranty issues and customer concerns.
• Picking, packing, and shipping sales orders daily.
• Processing return authorizations.
• Receiving and labeling new products as they arrive in the warehouse.
• Restocking product in the warehouse and organizing back stock.
• Using your unique strengths to contribute to the CKS team.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Associates Degree (preferred, but not required).
• Prior E-Commerce experience (preferred but not required).
• Competent paddler (preferred but not required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Proficient typing ability.
• Knowledge/and experience with the products we carry.  
• Ability to relay information to customers in a professional manner.
• Trustworthy and dependable.
• Self motivated and able to multi-task.
