Favorite place to paddle: The Tatshenshini River is by far my favorite. In 9-14 days you go from source to sea; climb glaciers for your day hike; encounter brown bears, wolves, moose, harbor
seals, and ornery salmon fisherman and bush pilots. The river gets more dramatic each day, starting at 1000-3000 cfs and ending at
30,000-180,000 cfs.
Why do I paddle: To learn more about myself and to keep focused on whats really important in life.
When not paddling, what are you doing? Fly fishing, backpacking, longboarding, and watching movies.
River’s I look forward to paddling: The Firth, Selway, Middle Fork of the Salmon, Flathead, Owyhee, and the Mississippi.
