Paddling specific footwear can protect a paddler’s feet from cold water and allow paddlers to safely walk and maneuver in wet and slippery conditions. Paddling specific footwear, sometimes referred to as booties, includes shoes and socks. Paddling shoes range from entry level, basic booties like the NRS Paddle Shoe to more technical creek booties like the Teva P2. Paddling socks, designed to provide warmth and some protection while being able to fit into tight boats/places include the NRS Desperado Sock (with a thin sole) and the NRS Hydroskin sock (no sole). Give our experienced sales staff a call if you have any questions on footwear.
