I just attempted to install Harmony drain plug in my sisters kayak. The instructions were hard to read, maybe I got a bad copy. However, the drilling template turned out to be wrong. The screw holes are about 1/8 inch off. After going back to the instructions, I noticed in small barely legible print below the' template' said that the diagram is not a template for drilling. Why have a diagram that looks like a template for drilling and be only an eighth inch off? If your going to have a diagram , why not either make it the exact size or way bigger so no one mistakes it for a template? Just sayin'.
My friends, family, and I have many Harmony products and are really pleased with them. This is not a product complaint. I just thing their instructions could be more clear.
