The IR Special K Skirt is made rugged for paddlers looking for a high performance seal in the most demanding situations. The rubber rand holds on to the cockpit rim tight so you don't have to worry when launching a 30 footer or plugging deep for a loop. The rubber rand is a bit harder to stretch on than your standard bungee so make sure the Special K is for you. A specially formulated rubber rand will stretch well even in cold temperatures. This skirt makes a dry seal on a wide variety of cockpit rims. All seams are glued and taped.
