As an International customer you can either sign up with our freight forwarding partner, Bongo International. Oar, we can ship your package to you direct.
Many of our customer’s prefer to sign up with Bongo International because Bongo provides excellent customer service, easy quotes, consolidated shipping, and reliable tracking all over the world. If you wish to purchase a kayak or paddle for shipment out side the United States, we require that you sign up with Bongo International. Our carries included FedEx International Priority or Economy, as well as USPS Express (parcel mail)

FedEx International:
CKS can ship Paddles, Larger boxes under 150lbs and small accessories orders. There are two shipping options within FedEx International. All packages are insured. Taxes and Duties are NOT pre-paid by CKS and are the recipient’s responsibility.
FedEx International Priority: Export- Transit Time-definite delivery typically in 1- 3 business days. Reaches major cities in Europe by noon typically in 2 business days. Reliable and fast tracking will be emailed to you at the time of shipping.
FedEx International Economy: Export- Transit Time -definite delivery typically in 2–7 business days (typically 2 or 3 business days to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico). Reliable and fast tracking will be emailed to you at the time of shipping.
United States Postal Service: USPS (parcel mail):
CKS can ship only accessory orders with USPS. We only use USPS Express Mail International.
Express International: Export- Transit time vary from 3-14 business days, depending on destination. Transit times are not guaranteed. A tracking number will be sent to you at time of shipment.

Maximum Size: Total length and girth not to exceed 108 inches. Individual dimensions not to exceed:
Length = 46 inches
Width = 35 inches
Height = 46 inches
Maximum Weight: Total weight not to exceed 70 pounds.
Maximum Value: $2499 to most countries.
We have partnered with Bongo International to offer an additional option for our international customers to make purchases from our website. Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at coloradokayak.com as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with orders from other retailers. This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Typical International shipping cost for paddles is $50-$300 depending on location, weight, and quantity.
Multiple Paddles: We can ship multiple paddles for the price of a single paddle. So get your friend to buy a paddle, and split the shipping cost.
We can ship 2 bent shaft paddles in a paddle box.
We can ship 3 straight shaft paddles in a paddle box.

Typical International shipping cost for kayaks range from $300-$2,000 depending on location and dimensional weight of the kayak.
We have had great success shipping kayaks all over the world by using our freight forwarding partner Bongo International.
If you order a kayak for International shipment, we suggest you sign up for the subscription service which will give you access to greater discounts on shipping.

To use the shipping calculator, simply select your country, and match up the dimensional weight of your package (Length x Width x Height (in Inches)) / 164) to see the shipping cost of your package. Add 2" of Length, Width, and Girth to kayaks to accommodate for packaging materials.
*International orders are subject to taxes, duties and broker fees. Such duties and taxes will be billed to you separately by the shipping company (Whether the package is shipped by Bongo International or Colorado Kayak Supply CKS).
Returns/Exchanges
*Customer’s are responsible for all shipping costs back to Colorado Kayak Supply if a return or exchange is needed.

Enter the Bongo address as both your billing and shipping address.
