Since this will be my first year, I don’t have any preferences yet, at least not when it comes to kayaking, so I’m going to list a few things I will either be trying, or want to try!

NRS Wavelite XT Top (Warm and fuzzy goodness. The perfect cold weather layer for kayaking or skiing).
Liquid Logic Remix 59 (This is one I will be trying, looks like so much fun!)
AT Eddy Paddle (I really want to try this one, looks like a blast!)
Astral Wonder Jacket (Not a lot of bells and whistles, which is perfect for me, I just need the basics.)
Snap Dragon Women’s Flirt Trek EZ (This would be great to try, as it’s supposed to be terrific for women.)
NRS Boaters Gloves (These are gonna be important, as my hands get cold easily, but I still want to feel the paddle as well.)

Why I paddle: To prove to myself I’m not a huge coward (just a little one). When not paddling, what are you doing? Homework, spending time with my boyfriend, walking my dog, reading, learning about kayaking, surfing the web, learning about design, playing video games, hiking, photography, driving, drawing, camping, instant messaging, tweeting, skyping, and trying to stay on top of new technologies (yikes!).
