During the check out phase of your purchase you will see a box that asks for your promo code. Please enter club

There is a second box asking for your AW or ACA Membership Number. This is required to receive your discount.

CKS will verify your eligibility prior to fulfilling your order.  If we have not received a current membership number when you enter your order, CKS will contact you via e-mail or by phone in order to receive it for our records. 

If you are unable to provide CKS with a current ACA or AW membership #, your discount amount will be deleted from your order.
