I f you want to keep all your expensive camera stuff dry on the river you cant beat this peli case. I have had this box for over 10 years and it has never failed me. Every boater should have one! Excellent buy for the money!
I have two of these boxes which I use for my Canon HV30 HD video camera and my Rebel XTi picture camera. The 1200 is a great size because I can fit the camera along with extra tapes, batteries, or a len, but it is not to bulky and fits into a kayak.
It's waterproof and has protected my cameras against some drops, so it gives me confidence when bringing a camera on the water.
