The Pyranha Portage Pack is
a simple to install, easy to adjust and use backpack system that takes
the pain out the portage, which is a great thing for any whitewater
kayaker. All of the straps on the portage pack are fully adjustable, providing a stable, snug and secure fit. The 5
connection points that give the pack its structure are made using the
stern grab loop, the two security points found located behind the
cockpit, straps that feed through the back rest, flipping it up to
create a back rest for the pack and lastly by using the side release
buckle on the hull stiffener.
Completely changing the face of
walking with your kayak for miles off the water, if you do have to
portage, make sure you do it with one of these!
