Stohlquist Waterware has been in business since 1977. They have headquarters in Arlington, WA, and R&D in Alamosa, CO. Stohlquist specializes in waterware, which includes life jackets, outerwear, rashguards, rescue gear, cargo bags, accessories, boots and gloves. Their products come from a lifetime of innovation: Each model they offer follows the lineage of 30 years of product innovation, refinement, incorporating the latest in raw material development and manufacturing know-how to provide their customers with the best WaterWare available today. Every Stohlquist product is designed by Jim Stohlquist himself. The form, fit, and attention to detail is a result of his uncompromising commitment to product quality, function, and comfort.
Stohlquist WaterWare products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. Consequential, incidental, direct, indirect or loss of property, and damage are excluded.
For consideration under this warranty, and you are the original purchaser, and you purchased the Stohlquist WaterWare product from an authorized Stohlquist dealer, please return the item directly to Stohlquist WaterWare, with your proof of purchase (sales receipt). An authorized agent will then arrange, at no charge to you, the repair or replacement of the product. This is Stohlquist WaterWare, Inc.’s sole and exclusive remedy for the original purchaser. In order for any claim to be processed, warranty information must be on file, and have been sent no later than 30 days from date of purchase. Any replacement product is warranted to the original purchaser of the Stohlquist product for the life of the product.
This warranty does not cover any damage or defect, caused by misuse, abuse or accident and is not transferable. If the item does not qualify for warranty repair Stohlquist will, if possible, repair the item for a nominal charge.
