The Mooner II Dry Pant from Stohlquist is made of new 4 Layer Twin Sensor waterproof/breathable fabric which will keep you dry and warm for a long day on the water. The Mooners are a heavy duty drypant with latex gaskets on the ankle making them super dry and durable in any conditions. The wide neoprene waistband is reversed with a grippy outer surface to seal with your drytop skirt tunnel and to reduce slippage even in the most turbulent conditions.
