Help support our CKS ladies in the third annual EddyFlower Vertical Challenge! Tiff, Lisa, Aubrie, Nicole and Natalie (just some of the lovely ladies on staff at CKS) are competing against teams in a race to paddle the most vertical feet in a single month.
All contributions raised go directly to First Descents to provide cancer survivors with a free, week long kayak camp in Colorado. It costs First Descents approximately $1,000 per camper for a one week session.
The competition breaks down like this; teams of five, from all over the country, rally to paddle as many vertical feet as humanly possible in 32 days all the while raising money for First Descents, an organization that helps young adults with cancer experience the joys of whitewater kayaking. At the end of a month’s time, the team who has logged the most vertical feet will be crowed supreme champions and First Descents will receive all the money collected from each team during the competition.
The ladies of CKS want to assist in sending even more kids to kayak camp in 2008 and this is where YOU come in!
