These booties are awesome and sticky, but they will start to fall apart unless 5.10 starts to use another glue.

These look well contructed but be prepared to size up, as I wear a woman's 11 or a man's 9.5 which is a 42.5, and my toe was right at the top of the shoe. I need to put a neoprene sock in it so I would size up a cm but the next size up is a 43 and then up to a 44. Also I would need to put in a stiff insole which I already own, but there is just too much adjusting to make this a good shoe for me. Also the laces are really thin and I'm not that good at knots.

The Water Tennie is a sick shoe. The traction is amazing and it is still low pro. Fits in the boat well. I had to size up. I generally wear a 11-11.5 and a 12 in the Water Tennie fits perfect.

I've used the 5.10 canyoneer shoe for several years and love it. Nothing is better as far as the traction and durability of the shoe. You may pay a little more, but its WELL worth it.
I just got a pair of the water tennies. They fit more similar to your street shoe in sizing. It's the same great rubber. They are lower profile than the canyoneer shoe and much lighter weight. Great shoe!
