Everyone needs a floatation. They are great for your playboat and creeking. Especially creeking your friends will thank you. Also, they keep water out of your boat and you can store lunch and river overnight goodies in these bags.

Sometime you get what you pay for. Watershed is the definition of quality dry bags and this one is no exception. I always have my 'must stay dry' items like a sleeping bag, first aid kit, headlamp, fire starter, and emergency clothes in this bag.

As with all Watershed dry bags, this one is da bomb. It's bone dry, accept no substitutes. I've taken it on Upper Cherry Creek x2, Clarks Fork Box x2, West Cherry Creek, and the Black Canyon. It's the only place to put things that must stay dry like sleeping bags, cameras and electronics. I've always got one in the back of my boat with my first aid kit, even on day trips. The construction is waterproof bomber after years of use and this provides the only downside - it's a bit heavy. However, the weight is worth every ounce and most multi-day creekers swear by it.

This is a great bag and very dry. My only complaint is that it tapers too dramatically making it hard to fill the space. I would get these for their dryness and durability, and hope that they come out with a design that is bigger near the end of the bag.
One of the worst feelings is opening your dry-bag in camp at the end of a long day of boating and finding all your dry clothes soaked. I am pleased to say I have not experienced this since I invested in my Watershed Stowfloat. On top of being totally dry the efficiency of having these bags allows you to distribute the weight in your boat well and often gives you room to spare for whatever else you might want. The material is more durable than many float bags, which in my experience often leak. I consider this to be an essential item for any boating excursion, no matter how long.

Great stow float bags and nothing better on the market. They are great for throwing in an extra thermal layer on a day trip or packing a sleeping bag on an over night trip. This is the only floats that I trust my down sleeping bag in. In my old floats I had to back them up with a trash bag. I have total confidence that my stuff will be dry even after my boat spends half the day behind a falls or pinned. My only complaints are the tapering (I would like a little more room) and the weight. The weight comes with the nice rubber seal and the dryness...catch 22.
